The amazing Amy Stallings took our family pictures in August. We chose the ever-so-popular location of Tibble Fork. We knew we wanted an awesome mountain landscape, and Tibble Fork has meaning for our family, as we have visited several times and Jason spent a lot of time fishing there over the years (I even fished there with him a couple of times before we had Charlie).
I am over-the-moon happy with how these picture turned out, despite the feelings of heat, anger, and frustration we had with the boys. Pictures with children are impossible! One child refuses (or doesn't understand) how to look and smile at the camera, the other is eating rocks any time you try to put him down. It felt like a disaster and we vowed never doing it again as we drove home. However, Amy worked her photography magic and produced picture after picture of awesome shots! I don't know how she did it. Seeing these make it all worth it and opens the door for a possible future family photo shoot. Maybe we don't have to give up just yet.
Check out Amy's work at amstallphotos.com. She was even recently featured on Utah Bride Blog. If you need a photographer, she is your gal!
You are so gorgeous, and have a gorgeous family! The picture of your boys sitting hugging where your littlest is crying is so funny, made me LOL. I would have a hard time choosing which ones to print if I were you!!!
